Elegant and perfect as an aperitif or an after-dinner. Nonino Fashion, created by Simone Marion, a mix of Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Chardonnay aged 12 months in barriques and Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®, old fashioned.
This mix enhances all the flavors and tastes of the Nonino “spirit”.
Ingredients
4cl Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Chardonnay aged 12 months in barriques
1,5cl Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
2 sugar cubes
3 dash angostura bitter
soda splash
ice
How to
With the old fashioned technique, put sugar, angostura, orange bitter and soda into a mixing glass and stir until sugar will be liquefied. Add Grappa Nonino Chardonnay in barriques, Amaro Nonino and ice. Stir and filter in a low tumbler full of ice.
Decorate with 3 Fabbri cherries and a hint of essential orange oil.
