A starred toast for the ten years of the Il Pagliaccio with Grappa Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée®

On April 22nd the Restaurant Il Pagliaccio in Rome of the Chef Anthony Genovese, two Michelin stars, celebrated its tenth anniversary.

At the end of the party, Matteo Zappile, the extraordinary Sommelier, offered the historical friends of Il Pagliaccio a starred toast with Grappa Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée® dripping it from the Imperial with the extremely delicate Pipette: a blend of Monovitigno® Grappas, aged from over 3 to 17 years in Limousin and ex-Sherry barriques, which is always appreciated for its great aromatic richness, the scent of spices, of brioches and bitter almond.

The Chef, Anthony Genovese, assisted in the kitchen by Francesco di Lorenzo and by the Alsatian Marion Lichtle, and in the dining room by Gennaro Buono and Matteo Zappile, who manages the wine cellar, proposes a cuisine rich of contaminations and perfect couplings.

To the whole wonderful group our best, best wishes!
