Nonino among the 400 companies and ideas that have changed our life

Capital dedicates the special issue of June/July 2013 to the “400 creators of richness, entrepreneurs, companies and ideas that have changed, are changing and will change the world”.

In the section dedicated to “Territory & Tradition. Respect for the past in order to aim at the future” there are the over hundred-year-old Nonino Distilleries that with great innovations and continuous research have changed the story of Grappa in Italy and all over the world”.

Far in 1973 Giannola and Benito Nonino created Grappa Monovitigno®, distilling the pomace of Picolit grapes separately, and turning Grappa from a Cinderella into a Queen of distillates, becoming a model for the entire sector!
