Bitter Zest

Created by the Italian mixologist Daniele Dalla Pola, this refined and seducing cocktail mixes the delicate tastes of grapefruit, rose petals and rhubarb with the unmistakable notes of the Nonino bitter.


1,5 cl Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
1,5 cl Martini Gold
0,5 cl Gin infused with rose petals
2,5 cl fresh pink grapefruit juice
1 dash of Rhubarb bitter,
Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters

How to

Put all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice cubes and crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, double strain in a cocktail glass.
Vaporize and flame with absinthe before serving.
