Grappa Nonino supports the IX INTERNATIONAL HISTORY FESTIVAL held in GORIZIA on 24th – 26th May 2013

“… the function of History has always been to take away from some powerful people the right of telling a certain past in the name of all the other men. The aim, therefore, of historical research is to obtain from the so called “places of power” the ways to ascertain the facts in a free, objective and responsible way…..” professor Giovanni Canfora

The ninth Festival E’ storia organized by  Adriano and Federico Ossola (Editrice storica Goriziana) took place in Gorizia. The occasion saw a weekend full of meetings, analysis, debates and presentations with important international guests from Marc Augè to Edward Luttwak, from Federico Rampini to Gianpaolo Pansa, from GianMario Villalta to Mauro Corona, from Ian Kershaw to Cardinal Camillo Ruini, which had a great success of audience, with many people who took part.  Hurray!
