At the Wallpaper Arcade of Milan in via San Gregorio 43.
The theme dedicated to Expo 2015 – “Feeding the planet” will be the occasion to introduce the project of the travel Grappa flask, studied with Grappa Nonino by the Dutch designers Scholten & Baijings.
The unique colour, texture and sheen of the grapes served as inspiration for the design of the Nonino travel flask.
Scholten & Baijings combined artisanal skills, craftsmanship and tradition with high-quality materials and the latest titanium production techniques.
Titanium is a premium metal that is very strong, extremely light, corrosion resistant, ideally suited for transporting and storing grappa. The titanium travel flask has a removable cup, making it possible to enjoy a sip of grappa while on the go.
Inspired by Dutch masters, who have been trying to capture the beauty of the grape on canvas ever since the 16th century, Scholten & Baijings designed five different colour series. The colours are applied to the titanium flasks by means of a unique anodizing technique. The five colour compositions complement the five selectedNonino Grappa varieties:
