4,5 cl Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®

1,5 cl Laphroaig 10 years Scotch Whisky

1,5 cl fresh lemon juice

1,5 cl honey syrup (good honey diluted 2:1 honey:water)

How to

Mix Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®, Laphroaig 10-year Scotch Whisky, the freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice, and the honey syrup (or 2 parts good honey to 1 part water).

Shake well over ice and strain.
