Mandi Sour is a cocktail, a true hymn to Nonino, created by the President of IBA Giorgio Fadda. For the first time Grappa Nonino, Amaro Nonino and Nonino GingerSpirit in a single cocktail.
4 cl. Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Chardonnay in barriques 12 months
2 cl. Nonino GingerSpirit
1 cl. Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
2 cl. fresh lemon juice
2 cl. honey syrup
2 cl. Ginger Ale
Put Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Chardonnay in barriques 12 months and Nonino GingerSpirit in a shaker with ice, and shake strongly. With a strainer, pour in a tumbler with ground ice. Add a top of Ginger Ale and finally, with a circular movement, the Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®.
