A cocktail dedicated to the first meeting between Gregory Camillò and the Nonino Family in the setting of Borgo Nonino. This twist on the Martinez focuses on the aromatic qualities of Grappa, replacing the traditional malty note of Genever with a classic and timeless mix.
Ingredients
3,5 cl Grappa Nonino Cru Monovitigno® Picolit
3,5 cl vermouth del professore classico
0,25 cl maraschino
4 dashes orange bitter
How to
Using the stir & strain technique, pour the Grappa Nonino Cru Monovitigno® Picolit together with the other ingredients into a mixing glass, stir with ice to dilute, and serve in a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel.
