Created in 2011, a brilliant variation of the legendary Negroni, the aperitif cocktail created by Count Camillo Negroni in Florence in the 1920s. Made precious by the softness of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®.
Ingredients
2 cl Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
1 cl Campari
2,5 cl Berry Bros No. 3 Gin
2,5 cl Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
or any other good Red Vermouth
Pink grapefruit twist
How to
Fill an old-fashion glass with ice-cubes.
Pour in it Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®, Campari, Berry Bros No. 3 Gin,
Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth and then mix them all with a small
stirrer.
Serve the cocktail decorated.
