A cocktail that is a hymn to no waste philosophy, in which Grappa – produced from the leftovers of wine-making, pomace - is the star par excellence! A citrus-based recovery cordial is added to Grappa Nonino, which at the same time allows all the essential oils in the skins to be extracted and gives the fruit a second life!

4,5 cl Grappa Nonino 43° Friulana I.G.
5,5 cl No Waste Cordial

How to
the cocktail is prepared build on the rocks directly in a low tumbler.
*for the no Waste cordial
50 g of peeled citrus mix (orange, lime, lemon and grapefruit) left to rest overnight under vacuum with 350 g of sugar to extract the essential oils. The day after add 700 ml of juices of the remaining citrus mix with the idea of recomposing the same ratio between peels and juice.
