tincture of salted caper from Pantelleria**

How to
Mix and serve on a chunk of crystal clear ice. Add a layer of tincture of salted caper from Pantelleria.

60 cl of Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Moscato
20 cl of citrus juice recovery mix
250g of exhausted almonds from the production of our almond milk
let it rest until the proteins curdle the juice and filter with the superbag
add to the obtained product
10 cl of Grappa Monovitigno® Moscato Nonino
350 g superfine sugar
5 g of citric acid
**tincture of salted caper from Pantelleria
15 cl of vodka 50°
50 g of rinsed salted Pantelleria capers
15 g of dried lemon meyer
1 h vacuum in the roner at 50°
