NoniTo is an original revisiting of the classic Mojito, in which Grappa Cru Monovitigno® Nonino Ribolla Gialla replaces rum, giving the drink structure and character. Instead of mint, basil gives Mediterranean freshness, while cherry tomatoes add an unexpected, sweet and slightly tart note. A cocktail that celebrates innovation in the wake of tradition, inspired by the authentic soul of Grappa Nonino.
Ingredients
3,75 cl Grappa Cru Monovitigno® Nonino Ribolla Gialla
3 cl pink pineapple
2 bar spoons of white sugar
1 cherry tomato cut into wedges
3-4 basil leaves
Top sparkling water (or sparkling ribolla gialla)
How to
Build technique. Put all the ingredients into the glass, add the ice and the top of water or sparkling ribolla, then stir with a bar spoon with movements from bottom to top.
