Fresh, light and summery, this cocktail is perfect to be tasted on the beach with a nice fresh dish or to toast with friends.
1.5 cl. L'Aperitivo Nonino BotanicalDrink 1.5 cl. gin 0.5 cl. simple syrup 1 cl. lemon juice 4-5 leaves of mint top of cucumber/watermelon soda
Put L’Aperitivo Nonino BotanicalDrink in a mixer with all the ingredients and ice, shake with a strainer and pour in a high tumbler filled with ice. Add a top of watermelon or cucumber soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
