At Ein Prosit, we shared our passion for Grappa Nonino with chefs and bartenders from around the world, as our Grappa continues to prove itself a living,
surprising ingredient. Udine became a true cultural melting pot, giving us the opportunity to work side by side with professionals from every corner of the globe. In the hands of bartender Stefano Zuliani, our Grappa was described as an umami element, capable of giving structure and depth to cocktails, bringing completely new flavors to discover and play with in all their Monovitigno® nuances. The highlight of the event was the confirmation that the legendary Alain Ducasse – holder of an astonishing 21 Michelin stars! – has chosen our Grappa Picolit Cru Monovitigno® Nonino as his favorite!
