Luisa joined us at a very young age, just after finishing junior high school, with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to commit. And since that first day, she built, step by step, an exemplary professional life, made of dedication,
perseverance, and responsibility.
Hers is a story worth telling, also for what it represents:
a very beautiful testament to female emancipation. Through her daily work, perseverance, and desire to improve, Luisa has built her independence, asserted herself, and grown to hold top positions in the company, always achieved through merit, discretion, and great skills.
In a world that does not always make it easy for women, especially those starting out so young, Luisa has demonstrated that talent, commitment, and dedication can take you far. Her career is a true, concrete example that speaks louder than words.
Today Luisa reaches an important milestone: retirement, well-deserved after a lifetime of work carried out with rare dedication.
