Antonella Nonino at AgriFutura

The first edition of AgriFutura took place in Rauscedo, a place that has become synonymous with viticulture and Italian agricultural excellence. The event was dedicated to the future of agriculture and to the contribution of women in the sector – an essential role that, for many years, remained largely unseen and not recognized.

Antonella Nonino shared a compelling personal account, weaving together her family’s history, entrepreneurial culture, and the identity of the region. She reflected on the deep bond between the Nonino Family and San Giorgio della Richinvelda, a relationship built over generations through hard work, vision, and a profound love for their land.

That bond was further strengthened in 2024, when Mayor Michele Leon conferred honorary citizenship upon Giannola and Benito Nonino.
