The debut of Nonino Ginger, the new Nonino “spirit”, at the P(our) Perfection Symposium
Nonino Ginger, the new Nonino “spirit”, was presented on June 3rd at Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris, on the occasion of the third P(our) Symposium. Nonino Ginger: the “spirit drink” obtained from the maceration and distillation of ginger 100% with artisanal method at 50% vol.
“After tasting the Nonino Ginger, the first thing that jumps out of the glass for me is the earthy quality of ginger, which so many ginger flavoured products omit. Ginger is an aromatic root that grows in the soil. Here, you’ve captured it’s exotic aroma along with the skin and the very earth it grows in: bringing the entire root to the glass. I think it’s a fantastic spirit!”.
