Nonino Paper Plane Week

From New York to the world’s best cocktail bars, the second edition of Nonino Paper Plane Week is taking off once again.

An entire week, from June 7 to 13, will bring bartenders across the United States together to shake up the Paper Plane — the cocktail that revolutionized contemporary mixology and became one of the most beloved modern classics of all time.

Bartenders know it well: without Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®️, it’s simply not an original Paper Plane.

In fact, this cocktail was created around our very own Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®️. When Sam Ross created the cocktail in 2008 at The Violet Hour in Chicago, his goal was simple: to introduce the world to the amaro he had fallen in love with at first sip.
