The 100% Artisanal Distillation of the Harvest 2015 has started!

We have started the Nonino 100% Artisanal Distillation of the Harvest 2015! The first pomace, Monovitigno Pinot Bianco juicy and fragrant, has come in on Friday and has finished the fermentation in our tanks, therefore … here we go!

This ancient rite, which in our family has been recurring year by year for over a century, warms our heart and moves us, for this reason we want to share it with all of you! Here’s how:
