The intensity of the Pirus® Nonino, distillate of Williams Pears of first choice, meet the enveloping notes of a two year old aging in the Limousin oak barrique no. 3062 under seal. Surprising and inebriating. Very limited production, only 828 numbered bottles, each with its own identity card.

Pear Distillate of first choice William Pear, Il Pirus® Nonino Riserva Aged 2 years has been aged is single cask, it has been aged in the Limousin Oak barrique no. 3062 in the sealed cellar no. 5, on January 7th, 2016 and on May 22nd, 2018. 181 anhydrous liters were extracted.

Batch, with head and tail removal, in copper steam stills.

Transparent glass bottle 0.5l, numbered and each with identity card.
It should be served at room temperature in a wide balloon type glass.
Inebriating taste of Williams Pears with the addition of notes of candied fruit and pastry. Rich and long-lasting.

Very limited production, strictly depending on the year’s harvest.
Pears are carried to the distillery in wooden cases, where, before being introduced into stainless steel tanks for fermentation, they are washed and manually cared to eliminate the part of the single fruit that is too ripe, which might take elegance from the distillate.
2 years in the Limousin oak barrique no. 3026 in the Nonino cellar no. 5 under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Bottled 0% coloring agents.

Batch steam, according to the ancient family tradition in particular and exclusive copper stills renewed by Benito Nonino.
Distillation 100% with artisanal method takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the fragrances, a proper evaporation and consequent condensation preserving the precious organoleptic characteristics unchanged.
Visual sensation: amber color, intense and enveloping.
Olfactory sensation: elegant and fresh, to the nose a clear acknowledgement of the Williams pear with notes of dried fruit and with great aromatic richness.
Taste sensation: In the mouth the acknowledgement of the fruit with the addition of notes of candied fruit and pastry, for a rich and long-lasting taste.
